Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, Riki is a highly sought-after PMU artist that creates facial masterpieces. Riki is the owner of her academy located in Tel Aviv and the owner of her brand. Her products are sold to over 2000 PMU artists, students, and schools in Israel.

As a child, Riki sought outlets for her creative expression and artistry. Often experimented with her mother's makeup and used the walls of her home as her canvas, not knowing then that makeup would be the artistic outlet she would find and pursue later in life, professionally in her career.

The first profession Riki learned at 18 years old was professional makeup. My teacher immediately recognized my talent and arranged for me to be on the most popular TV show. I got the privilege to make up all the celebrities on the morning show.

International permanent make-up trainer, distributor of the HANAMI pigments brand for Slovakia and the Czech Republic, owner of the FOYER salon.

Since childhood, she was inclined towards aesthetics and art. At the same time, she wanted to study and focus on health. She has a degree in pharmacy and public health, thanks to which she perfectly understands her work and takes care of her safety.

She has been working on permanent make-up since 2013. Since 2018, she has been working as a charity on AREOL pigmentation in oncology patients.

She continues to pass on his experience and knowledge to students at group and individual PMU trainings in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland. In the past, she competed at home and abroad in PMU championships, where she won important awards. In recent years, in addition to coaching, she has been working as a judge at international competitions in PMU.

Her most popular location is lip pmu,for which she is often sought after as both an artist and a trainer. She will demonstrate her SHADING LIPS technique at our event. She is characterized by a beautiful work on lip pigmentation, her technique is typical and we are looking forward to her presentation.

ARWII - to most people know under the artistic pseudonym Arwii is: owner of Arwii Scalp Clinic, specialist in customer relations, business coach and master of Scalp Micropigmentation. Her adventure with micropigmentation began more than 7 years ago quickly achieving spectacular success.

Natalia Teodora Draghici is a voice that inspires and stimulates a lot of permanent makeup technicians. After seven years of being in the beauty industry, she did the first pmu master class, the first pmu conference in her country and as well she is the president of the Romanian PMU association, vice president of the PMU commission under the beauty entrepreneurs association.

Teodora Natalia Draghici is that voice that inspires and stimulates people in the field of beauty to invest in courses and improvements if they want to become some of the best. After seven years of activity in the field of beauty, implicitly of dermopigmentation, the beauty specialist shared with us the secret of success for a dream career.

Entrepreneur and founding member of ADERA (Association of Dermopigmentists and Estheticians of Romania and Affiliates), she has constantly invested in her knowledge, to always keep in touch and be connected to everything new.

Tiny or quite visible, costing from a few euros to hundreds. We are talking about tattoos, the designs that people choose to print on their skin forever (or not at all). Teodora Natalia Draghici, originally from Romania, is a specialist who reduces the drama of clients with failed tattoos.

"I can say that currently learning how to remove pigment from the skin is just as important as studying how to implant the pigment in the skin. Removing tattoos is not a difficult technique to learn, and girls can be successful very quickly. It's a purely cosmetic method, with some difficulties, if we compare it with the classic application of cosmetics.

With sufficient basic knowledge of dermatology, anatomy, histology (tissue science), immunology (body defense mechanisms) and if we add our experience in avoiding/ameliorating side effects, such a procedure can be performed correctly. Even though I have a degree in dermopigmentation, I was never attracted to this type of method. I, Teodora believe in this occupation, that besides talent and artistic sense, passion is the most valuable part. 

You have to do everything with a lot of dedication, especially being responsible for the physical appearance of your client.

The tattoo removal procedure attracted me from the beginning. The joy it brought to my clients and the smiles was the biggest reward I could have. 

Regardless of the method chosen, we always put customer safety first. I chose the solution that does not damage the skin or hair and does not leave marks on the surface where the pigment is extracted. 

I did research in the past years to find the best method for me and my clients and so on, today I work with secure solutions and magnetized needles, to have beautiful results and happy clients."

Her journey in aesthetics began in her teenage years, when she was close to creative work in various forms.

This was also reflected in the choice of secondary cosmetology school.

After finishing school, she lived abroad for 5 years. When she returned, she opened her own beauty salon. Since then, 10 years have passed and nowadays is she the owner of a Beauty and training center where she and her colleagues offer various services aimed at caring for women's beauty, while Ivana only deals with permanent make-up.

She has been working as a permanent make-up trainer for 3 years. She completed prestigious trainings of world academies and artists. She took part in several competitions at PMU, both at home and abroad, where she placed first. In her profession, she focuses on all facial techniques and locations.

A special place in her work is represented by the Shadow Eyes technique, which she will present to us as a demo speaker at the international PMU congress in Bratislava in May.

Is a professional artist with a great passion for permanent make-up, which she has been working on since 2009.

She specializes in all styles and techniques of pmu and is convinced that we still have task to grow and increase our talent and skills as an artist, so she is still working on herself.

In 2017, she received the international title Pmu Pro Artist. In 2018, she participated in the competition at Interbeauty in Bratislava, where she won 1st place in the Powder Brows category. In the international DV Elite Austria competition, she placed 1st and 2nd. She is the recipient of the Royal Artist award in the world's largest academy at Sviatoslav Otchenash.

He will introduce us to a set of techniques on mature skin, without gaps, spots and uneven distribution of pigment. Free style work is not only about the technique itself, but about the approach itself, where we complete a part of the personality, not just the eyebrows.

At the congress, he will demonstrate his work on older skin.

She continues to educate and develop her techniques. 3 years ago, for her exceptionally beautiful work, she received the title of Royal artist at the Sviatoslav Otchenash Academy. She ranks first in competitions. Renata tries to keep moving forward, and every obstacle or problem is a driving force for her.

Her favorite technique is PMU lips and she will introduce the Silky lips technique to the participants at the congress.

In lip micropigmentation, she emphasizes an individual approach. Each lips are different and unique. That's why she tries to preserve the naturalness, in order to fine-tune the beauty of each client with her work.

Even as a little girl I was interested in creation, painting and aesthetics.

I trained as a beautician with 4 years of experience.  Already at school, I took part in a make-up competition, placing 2x first place (2001-2002) for the Slovak Republic.

After graduation, I moved to the Czech Republic, where I have lived for 18 years in a small village in a house just outside Liberec, where I am also the owner of my own salon.

I have been doing business in the field for more than 15 years, but I have been working in the private sector for 7 years.  It got me so excited that I mainly focus on permanent work and put a piece of my heart into every job, because that's exactly what makes me happy.  Doing what I love, that's why my job is actually a hobby, and my satisfied clients are my reward.

I am dedicated to all techniques and for the last year I have been selling my acquired experience to my students
